Quotations, orders and pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are based on the specification, quantities and delivery requirements provided at the time. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery and lead times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes on receipt of payment in full.
Product specification
Products are manufactured to the specification agreed in writing. Images, dimensions and finishes shown on this website are illustrative and may vary. We reserve the right to make minor changes that do not materially affect quality or performance.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing before supply. Where credit terms apply, invoices are payable in full by the due date. We may charge statutory interest on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Returns and defects
Please inspect goods on delivery and notify us of any shortage, damage or defect in writing as soon as reasonably possible. Where goods are found to be defective we will, at our option, repair, replace or credit them.
